- Save time when coming to the song celebration, because there are many guests and ticket checking may take longer than usual.
- If you show your ticket on your phone, download it at home because there may not be internet coverage on-site.
- Walk, use public transport, or bike to the song celebration. Parking spaces near the festival grounds are limited, and parking in the lower parking lot of the festival grounds is prohibited.
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and strollers are not allowed in the festival area. From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, guests can use a free, supervised bike and stroller parking area near Entrance A on Laulupeo Puiestee (see site map).
- Glass containers, weapons, pyrotechnics, toxic substances, and other dangerous items are not permitted in the festival area.
- Bringing your own alcohol is not allowed, nor is possessing, using, or selling narcotic or psychotropic substances on the premises.
- Pets are not allowed in the festival area.
- Umbrellas are not allowed; rain ponchos can be purchased on-site.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only allowed in designated areas (see site map).
- There are four sectors (A-D) with numbered seats for guests with corresponding tickets. The other six sectors in the general area are open seating.
- Access to performer and organizer areas is restricted to those with a festival wristband.
- Only reusable dishes are used in the food and commercial areas, with a deposit of 2 euros added to each food and drink item. Deposits can be refunded in cash at return points. Automated return points will refund to bank cards within five business days, provided by Eesti Pandipakend.
Waste is sorted on-site with assistance from green volunteers. - Festival souvenirs, program books, and water bottle refills are available for purchase.

The Tartu Song Celebration will be recorded and broadcast by the Estonian National Broadcasting. - On June 22, there is a ban on flying drones in Tartu and no permits will be issued. The police will remove drones that violate the ban using a drone catcher.
The organizers and security team have the right to:
- Deny entry to guests who do not comply with the rules set by the organizers and security, are aggressive, or display clear signs of intoxication.
- Eject guests who disrupt public order (causing bodily harm, theft, possession or trading of narcotic or psychotropic substances, etc.) or whose actions and behavior disturb others.
- Eject guests who vandalize or possess prohibited items.
Important Reminders
- Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
- Whenever possible, move to the food and shopping areas or elsewhere between songs to avoid disturbing other guests.
- In case of injuries, notify the security staff or go to the medical aid tent (see site map).
- The organizer is not responsible for any possible injuries or the loss or damage of personal belongings in the festival area.
